Parallel AI, a platform that runs sales and marketing work through AI agents rather than a stack of separate point tools, reported 10x revenue growth since January 2026 and announced SOC 2 compliance. The company now serves more than 5,000 customers across B2B software, real estate, marketing agencies, and e-commerce, and added two go-to-market veterans, including a former OpenAI GTM leader, to its advisory board.
“The old model was a stack of point solutions, each with its own subscription and copy of the data,” said Jane Richards, co-founder at Parallel AI. “Companies are replacing that with one platform where AI employees carry work from first touch to close. Growing 10x in eight months is what that consolidation looks like in our numbers.” David Ortiz, the newly named advisor who previously built go-to-market systems at OpenAI and held revenue operations roles at TikTok, Salesforce, and Snap, framed the appeal the same way: “The teams I see scaling fastest are the ones whose data, enrichment, and outreach live in the same system.”
Why it matters: growth numbers from a single vendor are routine, but the shape of this one tracks a pattern SalesTech has been watching build across the go-to-market stack, where teams are consolidating disconnected point tools into a single AI orchestration layer rather than adding another dashboard on top of what they already run.
The original insight here is what SOC 2 compliance signals about where that consolidation is headed. A platform built to replace CRM, content, and outreach tools simultaneously has to clear the same security bar each of those systems clears individually, which is a materially higher bar than a single-purpose point tool faces. Vendors selling full-stack consolidation are starting to compete on enterprise trust infrastructure as much as on feature breadth, and buyers evaluating an all-in-one GTM platform should treat security certification as a gating question, not a footnote, before consolidating data that used to sit behind multiple separate vendor perimeters.
