Gong announced in May 2026 that its annual recurring revenue has surpassed $500 million, with year-over-year growth accelerating past 55% for the tenth consecutive quarter. The company added more $1 million-plus customers in the last two quarters than in the previous six combined.
The revenue intelligence platform now serves more than 5,000 companies globally, including half of the Fortune 10. Notable customers include ADP, Anthropic, Canva, Cisco, DocuSign, Google, Paycor, Uber for Business, and Thomson Reuters. Fifty percent of customers now use multiple products on the platform, indicating successful cross-sell of capabilities beyond the core conversation intelligence offering.
Customer-reported results include a 64% productivity increase at Anthropic (with account executives gaining 10 additional hours per week), a 32% lift in response rates at Uber for Business, a 60% increase in rep capacity at Canva, and a 141% increase in deal wins at Paycor.
CEO Amit Bendov stated: “We launched Gong a decade ago with a bet: AI would be bigger than cloud. The last three years have been the unlock.” Gong was also recognized as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Revenue Action Orchestration and named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 list in the Applied AI category.
The growth figures validate the broader revenue intelligence consolidation thesis: enterprises are rebuilding revenue stacks around AI-native platforms rather than bolting intelligence onto legacy CRM workflows.
