HubSpot shipped a significant expansion of its Breeze Prospecting Agent in June 2026, making the AI-powered outreach tool accessible directly from Gmail and Outlook without requiring reps to switch back to the HubSpot interface. The update was part of what the company described as one of its largest shipping months of the year.
The email integration allows sales representatives to enroll CRM contacts into the Breeze Prospecting Agent directly from their inbox. When a rep identifies a prospect worth pursuing, they can trigger the agent’s personalized sequence workflow without context-switching to HubSpot. The agent then manages the multi-step outreach cadence autonomously.
The daily digest also received upgrades. It now includes company-level recommendations surfaced by signal detection, along with suggested contacts to target at those companies. This shifts the Prospecting Agent from a reactive tool that executes assigned tasks to a proactive system that identifies where reps should focus before they ask.
Alongside the Prospecting Agent updates, HubSpot redesigned the Breeze Projects workspace to support file uploads including PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and images. Users can now tag CRM records as references within projects, and Breeze carries that context across every conversation thread. Pre-configured templates cover sales prospecting, meeting preparation, and customer support workflows.
The expanded Prospecting Agent access is available now to customers on Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise tiers. The inbox integration supports both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
