An AI-native CRM platform is only as fast as the partner network that implements it, and Creatio just moved to close that gap in one of its highest-growth target markets. Creatio, the Boston-headquartered AI CRM and workflow platform, said on July 27 that it named ai4process, a UK-headquartered digital transformation consultancy, as its exclusive partner in India and as a global system integrator with an existing footprint across the UK and Europe.

The agreement gives ai4process rights to lead Creatio implementations across consulting, deployment, and managed services, spanning CRM rollouts, workflow automation, and AI-driven process optimization for enterprise customers. Alex Donchuk, Creatio’s senior vice president of global channels, said the company was “delighted to welcome ai4process to the Creatio partner ecosystem as our exclusive partner in India and a trusted global system integrator.” Amit Agrawal, ai4process’s CEO, framed the deal around unlocking AI and automation for organizations pursuing digital transformation.

Why it matters for the revenue leader: CRM platforms built on AI and no-code tooling still live or die on implementation quality, and that work increasingly runs through regional integrators rather than the vendor’s own delivery team. Enterprise CRM migrations have already shifted from data moves into full AI-readiness projects, raising the bar on the expertise an integrator needs before a customer trusts it with a platform swap. Naming one exclusive partner for a market as large as India signals a bet on depth with a single accountable integrator over spreading coverage across resellers.

The original insight: exclusivity trades reach for quality control. One named partner is easier for Creatio to train and hold to delivery standards, but it also means growth in India now depends entirely on that one firm’s capacity to scale. For a RevOps leader evaluating an AI CRM vendor, a region’s implementation partner is now as relevant to due diligence as the product roadmap, since a strong platform with a thin local delivery bench still turns into a slow rollout.
