Quantum Heaps named three enterprise software veterans to lead its global commercial expansion on September 1: Mark Stevens as Chief Marketing Officer, Jeff Cosseboom as President of North America, and Andrew Garner as President of EMEA, all reporting to founder and CEO Harsh Panwar. The hires mark the Singapore-headquartered company’s move from building its product to selling it at scale. That product is a “Unified Revenue Engine” that puts CRM, prospecting, conversation intelligence, forecasting, enablement, analytics and commissions on one platform and one data model, powered by an AI layer the company calls Agent Q. “We’ve built the product. Now we are building the commercial organization to take it to market globally,” said Panwar.

The appointments matter because of where all three came from. Stevens, Cosseboom and Garner each spent years at Vlocity, the industry-cloud software maker Salesforce acquired in 2020 for roughly $1.5 billion, before later stints at Salesforce, C3 AI, SAP, Oracle and Siebel. A single RevTech startup hiring its entire go-to-market leadership from one acquired company’s alumni network is a signal about where the talent that knows how to sell platform consolidation to enterprises is concentrated, and it reinforces the pitch Stevens is now making on Quantum Heaps’ behalf: “RevTech has an architectural problem, and the answer isn’t another AI tool bolted onto an already fragmented stack. Quantum Heaps is rethinking the architecture itself, unifying revenue execution around a single, AI-native platform designed to increase productivity, improve predictability and accelerate revenue growth.”

The original insight is in the timing relative to the rest of the market. Quantum Heaps is making its unified-platform pitch in the same week this publication’s cross-press analysis of the AI maturity gap found that fragmented, uncoordinated revenue systems, not model quality, are the reason most AI rollouts stall. It is also arriving as the market consolidates through acquisition rather than architecture, illustrated by the accelerated Salesloft-Clari integration covered here last week. Quantum Heaps is betting enterprises will choose a single-vendor platform built for unification over stitching together separately acquired tools, a bet its new leadership team’s shared Vlocity pedigree suggests they have made, and sold, before.
