HubSpot’s partner ecosystem is becoming a proving ground for agentic AI, not just an implementation channel. OneMetric, a HubSpot Elite Partner with more than 750 customers across SaaS, fintech, healthcare and real estate, was named one of five finalists in HubSpot’s $100K Battle of the Builders competition and will present its agentic GTM solution live at UNBOUND 2026 on September 17.

OneMetric’s pitch centers on what CEO Nishant Gupta called the differentiator for go-to-market teams: “What really makes a difference for GTM teams is having a rich context layer,” built from account history, content patterns, customer profiles and product expertise rather than a thin AI wrapper around existing workflows. Co-founder and COO Jatin Chhabra said the firm has been “deploying agents in several forms” to show what agentic capability looks like at scale inside HubSpot’s platform, backed by a dedicated team of more than 15 generative AI engineers.

The move matters beyond one competition slot. Platform vendors have mostly built their own agent roadmaps in-house, from Salesforce’s Agentforce rollout data to the broader shift toward agentic AI bundled directly into the sales stack. HubSpot running a cash-prize competition to surface agentic use cases from its implementation partners is a different model: it outsources part of the innovation search to the agencies that already sit closest to customer data and workflow gaps, rather than betting the roadmap entirely on internal product teams. For RevOps and enablement leaders evaluating HubSpot-adjacent agencies, a Battle of the Builders finalist slot is now a reasonable proxy for which partners have real agentic engineering depth, not just certification badges.
