HubSpot unveiled more than 200 product updates at INBOUND 2025 on September 3, 2025, anchored by the launch of Data Hub and an expanded suite of Breeze AI Agents. The release introduces what EVP of Product Karen Ng described as a blueprint for “building hybrid human-AI teams” across marketing, sales, and service functions.
Data Hub replaces the former Operations Hub as HubSpot’s central system for managing, cleaning, and unifying data. The new product combines Data Studio (for unifying scattered data across CRM, marketing, service, and external sources) with automated Data Quality tools for cleanup. HubSpot also introduced Flexible CRM Views, enabling boards, calendars, maps, and table visualizations alongside Conversational and Intent Enrichment that automatically populates records from calls, emails, support tickets, and intent signals.
Fifteen Breeze Agents launched in beta: seven for marketing, six for sales teams, and two for customer service (with additional agents following). The Prospecting Agent operates as a continuous BDR, running outbound workflows around the clock. The Customer Agent handles service automation, and the Data Agent performs custom customer research on demand.
HubSpot also announced an AI-powered CPQ capability native to Commerce Hub and Breeze Studio, a development environment for custom agent creation. The company introduced a Breeze Marketplace for distributing and discovering third-party agents built on the platform. These updates position HubSpot’s mid-market platform with enterprise-grade agentic capabilities previously available only from larger CRM providers.
