Disprz, an enterprise learning platform used by more than 500 companies across 25 countries, launched Autonomous Enablement OS on Monday, a system built to run sales coaching and onboarding as an agent-driven workflow rather than a library of courses someone has to go find. The launch lands alongside the company crossing 130 crore rupees in annual recurring revenue, roughly $15.6 million, up 30 percent year over year, with a stated target of 200 crore.

The product folds an AI Sales Coach into a broader agentic suite spanning learning management, learning experience, and frontline training, with agents handling onboarding and coaching end to end while a human reviews and approves what reaches each employee. “Autonomous Enablement OS isn’t AI bolted onto a platform. It’s a fundamentally new architecture where agents do the work end to end,” said Subramanian Viswanathan, co-founder and CEO of Disprz.

The framing matters more than the feature list. Enablement platforms have spent the past two years adding AI search on top of the same course-library structure, a pattern this site has tracked across the wider revenue-platform market as vendors claim unification without proof it changes outcomes. Disprz is betting the library itself is the wrong unit, and the job is coaching a rep through a specific deal moment. “Customers don’t want more courses. They want faster time to productivity, more revenue per seller, and people ready for their next role,” said Kuljit Chadha, co-founder and COO of Disprz.

The release names no independent benchmark for ramp time or revenue per seller, worth flagging for any RevOps leader evaluating the claim rather than the pitch. It does offer a live reference: Parneet Soni, Head of HR for Retail Finance at Piramal Finance, said the company sees “a meaningful opportunity to bring personalised coaching closer to individual needs,” without a quantified result attached. For sales leaders already running agent-labeled tools that turn out to be narrower scoring models, the test is the same: what does the agent decide autonomously versus recommend for a manager to approve, before budgeting against a number nobody has measured yet.
