Salesforce announced the general availability of Agentforce 360 on October 13, 2025, at Dreamforce in San Francisco. The platform connects humans and AI agents within a unified system spanning CRM, data, and autonomous workflows. Salesforce describes it as the foundation of the “Agentic Enterprise,” where intelligent agents handle prospecting, qualification, quoting, and service interactions alongside human teams.

Key capabilities include Agentforce Builder, a conversational development studio that lets teams design, test, and deploy agents using natural language without separate build-test-deploy cycles. AgentScript, a new scripting language, enables conditional logic and deterministic controls to keep agent outputs within defined guardrails. Agentforce Voice adds native speech capabilities that transform traditional IVR systems into natural, real-time conversations with low-latency transcription and realistic speech synthesis.

Data 360, the platform’s unified data layer, provides contextual awareness across structured and unstructured sources. Tableau Semantics allows companies to convert analytics into rich context for AI reasoning.

Salesforce reports 12,000 customers on the Agentforce platform. Reddit, cited as an example deployment, deflected 46 percent of support cases and reduced average response time from 8.9 minutes to 1.4 minutes, representing an 84 percent reduction in resolution time. The agentic AI shift positions Salesforce’s sales-specific agents (prospecting, qualification, and quoting automation) as core platform capabilities rather than add-on features.
