Salesforce says Tottenham Hotspur has unified more than 4.6 million fan accounts in Data 360 and launched Ask Spurs, an Agentforce agent that answers fan questions in eleven languages.

What happened

In its October 15 announcement, Salesforce says the club replaced approximately 30 or more disparate systems over two years and connected more than 10 systems into one digital ecosystem. Data 360, integrated with Snowflake through Zero Copy, now builds SpursID profiles for more than 4.6 million fan accounts.

Ask Spurs runs on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Club App. It answers questions on ticketing, memberships, retail and stadium events for logged-in members and guests, and it hands the conversation to a human on the club’s support team when it cannot resolve a question. Salesforce reports an 86% engagement rate, with 20% of interactions resolved by Agentforce alone.

Why it matters

The agent arrived after two years of data work. Rob Pickering, the club’s chief technology officer, said the club has spent that time connecting data and systems so it can see the full picture of every fan. Sales and service leaders weighing agents can take the order of work as the lesson: unified customer records came first.

The sales-side detail

The part of the release closest to a revenue team is the commercial desk. Salesforce says the club now processes premium hospitality, conference and events bookings through an integrated Salesforce stack, replacing manual, spreadsheet-based contracts and finance tracking with automated quoting, contracting and real-time payment visibility through Stripe and Workday. That is the same shift SalesTech tracked in Salesforce customers turning service cost centers into revenue engines, and it follows Salesforce’s argument that businesses need their own agents.
