Betterbot, an Atlanta vendor building AI tools for multifamily and senior living leasing, announced on September 17 that it has unified its CRM dashboard, voice AI, and chat, SMS, and email handling into one platform, aimed at a narrow but costly problem: the lead that calls after hours and reaches no one.

This is a vertical CRM story, not a headline product for a Fortune 500 sales org, but it names the exact pressure point every horizontal CRM vendor is also chasing: a lead captured is worthless if the response is slow enough that the prospect has already called a competitor. Betterbot says its agentic layer now auto-resolves 98 percent of conversations with sub-two-second response times, around the clock, and its Leasing Dashboard gives site staff one workspace that flags only the conversations an AI agent could not safely close, with full context attached. “Stitching together separate point solutions creates blind spots that cost operators money,” said Zlatko Bogoevski, Betterbot’s founder and CEO. “By unifying full-lifecycle AI across every channel into one platform, we’re giving site teams the tools to capture every lead and drive real NOI.”

The original insight is in what Betterbot chose to unify around: not a better lead-scoring model, but a single CRM record that every channel, voice included, writes into before a human ever sees it. Horizontal CRM vendors still mostly treat voice as a bolt-on integration; a vertical player building voice-first from a blank CRM canvas is a preview of where the record of a customer interaction stops being text-first by default.
