Klient has launched Klient Insights, a dashboard workspace inside Klient PSA that puts margin, capacity, unbilled time and client health on one live screen in Salesforce.
What happened
In its October 15 release, Klient says services firms usually start the week by exporting hours, invoices and the resource plan, then rebuilding a spreadsheet to answer four questions: where margin is being lost, who is free in 12 weeks, what is unbilled and which clients need attention. Klient Insights answers them from four ready-made templates named Profitability, Capacity & Demand, Revenue & Billing and Account & Project Scorecard.
Every number is live, and a click opens the records behind it. Teams can filter by team or role and run the weekly meeting straight from the dashboard. Users who need a view nobody has built can edit one, or ask an AI agent to build it through Agentforce and GUIDY1. Klient says Insights is rolling out now to all customers on Klient PSA 51.13.
Klient CEO Yanick Abraham said: “Every services leader I know spends Monday morning rebuilding the same spreadsheet to answer the same four questions.”
Why it matters
The release frames the problem as lag. By the time the spreadsheet is ready, Klient says, the numbers are a few days old. For revenue operations leaders at services-heavy firms, the weekly review is the forecasting process, and moving it inside the CRM removes the export step that creates the delay.
The overlooked detail
Because the dashboards run inside Salesforce, Klient says each person sees only the records their Salesforce access allows. An exported spreadsheet carries whatever its author could see to everyone it is emailed to, so keeping the numbers inside the permission model is a governance gain on top of a speed gain. It fits the live-data direction described in Salesforce’s operational intelligence story, and it sits alongside the small CRM-embedded updates covered in Zoho’s Bigin Q3 release.
