Gong has made Gong Enrich generally available, adding third-party account and contact data to the Gong Revenue Graph, as part of a product launch it calls Mission Callisto.

What happened

Gong announced Mission Callisto on September 30. Customers connect the data providers they already use and set the order in which Gong searches them. Gong then fills remaining gaps with Gong Credits and data from Gong Enrich Data Partners, a list that includes Apollo, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach and ZoomInfo. Reps can fill in missing contact details with one click, and Custom Agents can run enrichment at scale when set conditions are met.

The launch also adds a Deep Mode to Gong Assistant for complex strategic questions and expands Gong Dashboards beyond forecasting to the full revenue lifecycle. Gong says teams can define a metric once in Gong Data Studio and reuse it across views. Enrich, the expanded dashboards and Deep Mode are generally available, and automatically triggered Custom Agents are rolling out through the year.

Why it matters

RevOps teams today stitch together contact data from several vendors, and Gong’s release describes that fragmentation as the problem Enrich targets. Eilon Reshef, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Gong, said: “Every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it.” Beacon’s head of RevOps called Enrich a low-risk way to evaluate enrichment partners.

That framing connects to our recent coverage of sales intelligence turning into a utility for AI agents and of pipeline data becoming queryable from other AI tools.

What it means for the sales leader

This is our read, not Gong’s. A platform that lets you rank several data providers inside one workflow also becomes the place where you can compare them. The release gives no match-rate or bounce-rate figures for any partner, so ask for your own numbers. Run the same 1,000 accounts through two providers in the order Gong lets you set, then count how many records each one filled and how many Gong Credits it used.
