SciFin, the revenue-operations startup founded by Nutanix co-founder and Cohesity founder Mohit Aron, introduced Context Convergence on September 10, a platform built to pull CRM records, Slack messages, call transcripts and pipeline data into one current view instead of leaving revenue teams to reassemble it themselves. The platform runs on three layers: Context Cloud, which gathers information from every connected system; Context Cognition, which turns that raw material into higher-level insight; and Pixie, an AI companion that answers questions, surfaces risk and recommends next steps from the combined context.

The pitch targets a specific, familiar failure mode for RevOps: forecasts and coaching built on stale or fragmented data because the CRM, the call recordings and the Slack thread never get reconciled in time to matter. Mohit Aron, founder and CEO of SciFin, said “Revenue teams do their best work when everyone shares the same current understanding of the business. That is what Context Convergence delivers: earlier visibility into risk for sales leaders, clearer coaching priorities for managers, less manual work for RevOps, and more time and sharper deal insight for reps to win more and larger deals, faster.” An early customer put the problem more bluntly: Surojit Chatterjee, founder and CEO of Ema, said “We were piecing together our CRM, Slack, and call transcripts just to run the forecast. SciFin helps us catch risk earlier, respond to customers faster, and cut reporting work and tools.”

The original insight here is less about the product than the sequencing: SciFin is launching a unification platform into a market that has spent the last two years adding point tools, each with its own AI layer, on top of the CRM. That is the same fragmentation problem WRITER is targeting from the marketing-to-sales handoff side and that a fresh wave of agent-native CRM rebuilds is targeting from the system-of-record side. When three differently funded startups converge on “stop adding tools, unify the context” within the same month, the fragmentation itself has become the product opportunity, not a side effect of one vendor’s roadmap.
